Lisa Saunders launched Sound Strategy Communications in 2006 after an award-winning career in broadcast journalism. Her storytelling has been recognized by the Canadian Association of Broadcasters’ Gold Ribbon Award, Manitoba Motion Picture Industry Association’s Blizzard Award and the Eric Wells Excellence in Journalism Award.
Over the years, Lisa has conceptualized and produced video and film content for clients across Canada, worked with organizations across various sectors to develop engaging content series, served as a creative content strategist, and provided valuable counsel to leaders wanting another strategic communications and content perspective.
When she’s not working, Lisa can be found crafting her creativity into songs (she’s a musician with Winnipeg/UK band, Ashes and Dreams), volunteering with her children’s schools, and exploring the bounty of Manitoba’s lakes and parks.
In addition to the core team, Sound Strategy principles, Lisa Saunders and Rob Wozny, have established a robust network of content creators and business communicators in Manitoba. Furthermore, having lived and worked in major markets across the country, maintaining connections with senior leaders in content and communications, they can consistently mobilize additonal team members efficiently and effectively to support their clients.
